Ken Wilson was a Keynote Speaker at the IAFOR European Conference on Language Learning 2014 (ECLL2014) in Brighton, England. In his Keynote Speech Mr. Wilson introduces a variety of techniques to help language teachers better motivate their students.
Materials available to language teachers are sophisticated and various, but to get the best out of them, teachers need to engage their students’ interest. Teachers need to challenge students, make them curious and encourage them to be imaginative. In his talk, Mr. Wilson suggests ten ways teachers can engage their students’ interest and access their knowledge.
